Welcome to the website of Yellow Door Lets. Yellow Door Lets was established in 1983 by former Lancaster and Sheffield University students Colin Elderton and Carole Scott. As the owners of the largest number of student houses in Lancaster we can offer the widest possible choice. All are in great locations near to Lancaster University bus routes or the University of Cumbria. They are instantly recognisable by their yellow doors and all are licensed by Lancaster City Council where required.
There are no utility bills to pay whatsoever. Plus you'll get free high speed - up to 8mb broadband and even a TV Licence. Wherever possible double beds are provided. All this for £20 less than most campus rooms!
